Presently there are 55,000 homes in San Diego county that are owned by the banks are in the process of going back to the banks. Some respected experts believe the actual number may be as high as 120,000.

There are some great deals out there right now and most of these homes sell very quickly. We find that most were built since year 2002. These homes have all the newest features and most are in "like new" condition.
